10. If you have made payment and your item(s) went out of stock, we will contact you and fully refund you.
11. All defective items will be reported to Wholesale-dress.net as we are NOT responsible for any defective items.
1. We are an approved Singapore organization for Wholesale-dress.net.
2. Please select carefully the colour and size of item(s) & ensure you have given the correct Item Number or links before making your purchase.
3. Please check the size chart carefully. Because of different producing batches, there may be deviation of 2 to 3 cm.
4. Item(s) may have slight difference in colour or designs hence note that we will not offer exchanges for these differences.
5. All item(s) will be inspected for any defects before presenting to our customers.
6. All item(s) sold are non-refundable or exchangeable.
7. Full payment is to be made within 48 hours after order is confirmed.
8. If payment is not received within 48 hours, we will cancel your order unless we have been notified.
9. No cancellation of orders once payment is made.
